Which size is the right one?

Choosing the right cuff size is important for an accurate blood pressure reading. A cuff that is too small can lead to falsely high readings, whilst a cuff that is too large can result in falsely low readings. You should therefore check the size before purchasing to ensure you choose the correct one.

Use a tape measure to measure the circumference of your bare upper arm halfway between your shoulder and elbow. Your arm should hang loosely. The tape measure should fit snugly but not cut into your skin.
