Wellion Sharps Container 0,7l
- Puncture-resistant container for the disposal of used lancets or pen needles
- to prevent contact with used single-use products
avoid needlestick injuries
at home, in the doctors office and in nursing care
Used pen needles and lancets should be disposed of in a suitable container, preferably in the puncture-proof Wellion sharps container. This ensures that everyone involved in the waste management chain is protected against needle-stick injuries.
Unscrew the used pen needle from the pen after each injection – you can use the outer protective cap if you wish. For a painless blood glucose measurement, also dispose of each lancet after a single use.

Keep used single-use items in the puncture-proof Wellion disposal bin.
To close the container temporarily, place the lid on the opening with the narrow side of the lid facing down. This way, the lid can be opened again
Caution! The lid must be securely closed before final disposal. To do this, please press down firmly on the wide side of the Wellion waste container once; once this is done, the Wellion waste container cannot be reopened. This ensures that even untrained individuals in your immediate environment and those involved in the waste disposal chain are protected from needle-stick injuries.
Volume: 0,7L
The Wellion Sharps Container is designed according to ISO standard for sharps containers (ISO 23907): It ensures puncture resistance, secure closure and is labelled accordingly. The container is therefore suitable for safe disposal of sharp objects such as used pen needles and lancets. Due to the risk of injury and contamination, these items are classified as hazardous waste. They must therefore be disposed of in an environmentally responsible manner at the appropriate collection points.
